Time To Say Goodbye For Now

All good things must come to an end won’t they … This is the final post in an exciting campaign. I applied at 221. 8 and am ending this journey at 206.8 meaning that is a total weight loss of 15 pounds! It’s not a HUGE number but it’s a start. This journey and campaign has given me so much more then making me loose a few pounds. I have gained confidence that I have not had in a long time, I am so much more active now & it is not just me who had made a change but also my family. Not that my kids need to loose weight but now when we are in the grocery store they ask for veggies not chips! They know why it is important to make healthy choices not always the easy & yummy ones.

Total Losses: 15 lb.’s; 1.5” in my bust; 2” in my arms, 5” in my waist; 8” in my hips; 2” in my thighs; 1.5” in my calves - - Total inches lost: 20”

I would not have been able to do this without the never ending support & encouragement from my sistas! I can’t think each of you enough for cheering me on and keeping me focused on the end results!
